At Litecraft, we aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible. We have a number of delivery options available.
In Stock products - Standard delivery time
If the product you are looking to purchase is showing as being in stock, then we can offer you the following delivery options:
1. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - If you place your order with us before 4pm, then we will ship your order to you on a next working day delivery service with our courier. The cost for this service is £8.95
2. Fast and Free of Charge Delivery - If your delivery address is within the UK, we ship your order to you free of charge on our 24-48 hour delivery service, with exclusions: Northern Ireland. If you place your order before 4pm, we will do our very best to get your order out the same day. Bulbs are subject to a small delivery charge.
3. Click and collect delivery – We now offer a click and collect delivery option that is available FREE for collections from all Litecraft stores.
- Simply place your order online and select Click and Collect delivery.
- Once order placed, Email customerservice@litecraft.co.uk or call 0161 359 4777 confirming the store you would like to collect from.

When you have received confirmation your order is ready to collect please take your order receipt email to the store along with your photo ID or bank card
- Your order will be ready to collect from one of our 8 stores around the UK within 2-3 days. If the item is on PRE-ORDER, it will take the time stated on the relevant product page.
We are unable to accept orders including Click and Collect as well as standard delivery. If you would like to do this, please place two separate orders for collection and delivery.
Our Click and Collect service is completely free
In Stock products - Longer delivery time
Some of our products are In Stock but require a little more time to deliver to you. When they are showing as In Stock but with a longer delivery time of say 10 - 15 days, you will still get the option of selecting either the next day delivery service or the standard delivery service as described above.
Pre-Order products
Litecraft manufacture our own products and unfortunately there are times when we may be out of stock of a particular product. We welcome you to still place your order with us and we will ship your product as soon as it comes in to our UK warehouses from our factories. You will still get the delivery options of the next day delivery service and the standard delivery service when you are placing your order.
Just two more things to remember
Any orders to UK Mainland are delivered free of charge and please remember to include your mobile phone number (if you have one) in your contact details so our courier company can send you a text with an expected delivery time slot - it just means you won't have to wait in all day for your order!
