Home Style Magazine featuring Litecraft Table Lamps
Short of space? In this months issue of Home Style Magazine stylist Emma Fishman shares her space-saving tips to help you make the most of the space in your home. And she’s chosen two of our table lamps to feature!
Key space-saving tips:
- dot table lamps around the room
- choose multi-use furniture with a storage element
- use low level pieces to accentuate depth
- choose transparent furniture and accessories
- opt for large wall mirrors to give the illusion of a larger space
Emma advises “dotting several table lamps around the room to visually expand the space as well as altering the mood.” For instance, our trendy Scissor industrial style table lamp shows how to use adjustable head lamps to bounce light around a room. We love the combination of industrial and contemporary created by pairing the rustic furniture and our table lamp together with copper accents.
Transparency is key when applying a space-saving design to your home. Styling with glass and framed ornaments and accessories will allow the light to flow freely through the room. Therefore creating the illusion of more space. Emma chose our super popular Terrarium lantern table lamp to reinforce this design tip. This lamp boasts a geometric glass frame design in a vintage antique brass finish. Displayed with a vintage style filament bulb, this piece offers a classic yet contemporary design which can sit comfortably in any style of interior. The versatility of this light can be seen in the article. The lamp perches on a contemporary copper table lamp together with a bang on trend succulent copper pot.
Finally, Emma is also a big believer in adding mirrors to expand the space in a room and we are too! Check out our recent post on ‘How to use mirrors for lighting and style in your home‘.
Thanks to Emma and the team at Home Style Magazine for the feature.
