 I recently purchased the Venice Chandelier,and the order arrived within 3 days to which I was impressed, well packaged. But then found I had a small problem as one of the glass pieces was cracked, I emailed the company on the sunday and had a reply by Monday morning and a replacement part within 24 hours 10/10 for customer service, I will be recommending Litecraft to friends. The light has now been installed and looks fantastic on my staircase.Thanks to the Litecraft team, a pleasure doing buisiness with you.

I recently purchased a 3 arm Cristallo Chandelier in cream/gold.  It was a complete steal at just £39, yes, £39!  It was originally out of stock but arrived a week later, very well packaged, no damage.  I found it very easy to put together and the electrician fitted it quickly and easily.  It looks superb and a recent visitor to my home (a little boy aged just 5 years old) commented on how beautiful it looked!  Thank you Litecraft!

On a visit to our friends in Wales we accompanied them to the Cardiff branch of Litecraft looking for some new kitchen lights. To say we were impressed with the selection would be an understatement and a quick tour around the display confirmed our opinion that here were some seriously brilliant light products at very reasonable prices. There was a sale on at the time and it didn't take us long to decided on our kitchen lights. But we didn't stop there! My wife soon identified the perfect light for our newly decorated dining room. Unfortunately this was not in stock and we put it on order, but on returning home a few days later we were surprised to find our order had been delivered, packed very safely and easy to assemble and connect. We also brought home some great new lights for our living room and hallway and all are now fitted and really make a difference to what was once a pretty dull ground floor of our house. So much so were we impressed with the quality and service from Litecraft that we have recommended them to both friends and family who, on seeing our new lights, have all given glowing approval and complimentary comments. Used to live in Birmingham and have bought from the Erdington store. When I moved to Devon I wanted to buy some quality ourdoor lighting that would be wellmade and make the outside paths well lit up when walking within their range. I had problems finding anything of the quality I wanted. I went online to see if mail ordering was available. I was pleasently surprized. The lights were not only an excellent price. But far better quality than anything I could find locally. Not only that they arrived extremely quickly. Hello there, I have been searching for lights all day and have been all round Manchester. I found some lights I liked at a wholesalers who told me that Gorse Mill amongst other local companies stocked the lights. I spent the rest of the day looking for the best deal. My last stop was Gorse Mill. I was greeted by Malcolm who proceeded to make me and my hubby a coffee and then another man gave me a chocolate egg (excellent customer service!). Even though I had been offered these things, I did not feel I had to buy as the staff were helpful but not pushy (which I hate). Malcolm found the lights I wanted but they had to be ordered. This was fine as I am not in a rush. He also offered such a good deal, that I could not refuse. You seem to have a very good team at Gorse Mill and I will certainly reccomend the other people.
