Click and Collect
means you don’t have to be home for a package to be delivered. Get your item when it is convenient to you, with no waiting and no delivery charges.
1. Simply place your order online and select Click and Collect delivery.
2. Once order placed, Email customerservice@litecraft.co.uk or call 0161 359 4777 confirming the store you would like to collect from.

3. When you have received confirmation your order is ready to collect please take your order receipt email to store along with your photo ID or bank card. Your order will be ready to collect from one of our 8 stores around the UK within 2-3 days. If the item is on PRE-ORDER, it will take the time stated on the relevant product page.
