Delivery

All orders over £150 (inc VAT) will be delivered free of charge anywhere in the Great Britain mainland. Any orders less than £150 (inc VAT), we will charge £7.95 (inc VAT) for delivery. For all other destinations please email: sales@litecraft.co.uk for a quotation.

Your order will be processed right away.

Goods that are in stock will be despatched the same day providing the order is received before 2pm. Please note that to guarantee same day despatch the delivery address must match the billing address, if you require delivery to an address that does not match the billing address there will be a delay of approximatley 72 hours.

Goods that are out of stock may take up to 14 working days of receipt of order.

In the unlikely event of goods taking longer than the 14 working day period you will be contacted by our customer services. They will give the option for the order to be cancelled if the lead time is unsuitable without penalty to the customer.

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days of acceptance of order.

If the agreed delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or cancel the order.

Our working hours are Monday and Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays relevant to the country of destination.

If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to Litecraft.

Please note you are required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish refuse the delivery.

If you require re-delivery, Litecraft reserve the right to charge these additional shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, Litecraft reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the Goods being returned to Litecraft

Litecraft will never debit your payment card until we have the Goods ready to be despatched.

Back Orders and Special Order Items

Goods that are temporarily out of stock should be dispatched within 14 working days. If there is any further delay you will be notified and given the option to cancel.

Some of our more exclusive products may only be available as a Special Order, this will be stipulated. Every effort will be made to deliver these orders within the quoted delivery time however we are unable to guarantee dates. In such cases your normal cancellation rights still apply.

Litecraft, for modern and traditional home lighting with next day delivery (Please note if your delivery address is different from your payment card address, this could delay the speed of your delivery), secure payment, free light bulbs* with every light fitting (Please note: on commercial lighting due to the variety of light bulbs available, unless otherwise stated these light bulbs are purchased separately) and up to 75% off high street prices.
